The sales assistant built
for the AI era
It hears the call, knows your material and keeps the record. You keep the conversation.
Listens without a bot
Quotty runs on your Mac and hears Zoom, Google Meet and Teams through your computer’s audio. Nothing joins the call, nothing to invite, nothing for the prospect to notice. Your voice and theirs stay separate in the transcript.
Answers from your knowledge base
Add your playbook, pricing guidance and security answers once. When a question lands mid-call, Quotty answers from your own material and shows the source, so you can check it before you say it.
Coaches by stage
Quotty follows the call through your stages and nudges the thing you haven’t covered yet, with evidence once it’s been said. Short prompts at the right moment, never a script to read out.
Has the follow-up ready when you hang up
A summary and follow-up actions are drafted as the call ends. Review, tweak and send. Ask about what was agreed and get an answer with the moment it was said.
Document-grounded answers link to their source, so you can check before you say it.

Is this another meeting notetaker?
Quotty is built for the moment you’re in, not just the recap afterwards. It combines a speaker-aware transcript with live stage guidance, grounded answers and a place to ask questions during the conversation. The summary and follow-up actions come after.
Does a bot join my calls?
No. The macOS companion listens through your computer’s audio, with your permission, so nothing joins the meeting and there is nothing for anyone to admit.
Where do the answers come from?
Depending on the question, Quotty uses the conversation so far or your connected knowledge base. Document-grounded answers include their sources. AI can make mistakes: check the source and confirm important details before making commitments.
Does this demo record me?
No. The demo on this page is a pre-scripted animation with fictional people. It never requests your microphone or records you.
What do I need to get started?
Open the web workspace to sign in and add your material. For live calls, use the desktop companion for Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later.
How should we use it on customer calls?
Follow your organisation’s policies and tell participants when transcription or AI assistance is being used. Obtain any permissions your use case requires. Quotty supports your judgement; it doesn’t replace it.
